Use a wind blocker in your Volkswagen Beetle Classic Convertible to heavily reduce windblown hair, ear and neck discomfort, draught around your legs and poor acoustics.

Please note that this wind deflector is tailored for the Volkswagen Beetle 1302 and 1303, model years 1968-1979. It is not a one-size-fits-all solution.

The windblocker is easily fitted, in just a few minutes. There is no drilling needed. As the video and the pictures to the left show, you simply unbolt the screw to the seat belts, and place the “arm” to the same screw, and reattach the bolt, not fully tightened. Then fold the back seat forward. Place the wind deflector in place. Attach a strap on each side to the low section on the back of the back seat, as the picture show. Fold the back seat back again to its normal position. Adjust the “arm” for a perfect fit and tighten the bolt hard to secure the seat belt.
