Luggage/Boot Rack to Mazda Mk2 MX-5 Miata 1998-2005
This luggage rack is tailor made to fit the Mazda Mk2 (NB) MX5 1998-2005.
It is the perfect way to increase luggage space for holidays, car shows, and days out. It is exceptionally strong, capable of carrying up to 15kg in luggage weight (tested up to 130 km/h).
Fitment is very easy and no drilling or permanent fixing is required, it simply fastens onto outside edges of the boot lid, using clamps. A special protective rubber is used to prevent scratches to the paintwork. The luggage rack is TÜV tested and compliant (130 km/h).
Please note that it may not fit, if you have a boot spoiler mounted to your MX-5.

Very pleasant customer support, great service and fast delivery! Nice and clear instructions, but unfortunately they did not fully described the procedure on my car. The mounting was anyway pretty intuitive, so it worked well anyways.

The luggage rack is well made, and so practical that I think I will leave it on permanently. The only thing I found when mounting it, was that the rubber flaps inside the holding bends were a little small to seem to fully protect the paint. I solved this by using a little piece of extra floor step tape.
